I used to get depressed. Sometimes for months. Now, I refuse to have a bad day. I have crazy moments, sad events and infuriating incidents, yet I recognize that parts of a day are not a whole. If I can't find the strength to laugh, learn, find inspiration or, gain strength from the negatives, how the hell am I supposed to foster a positive attitude? This change in my perspective has done wonders for my health and self-respect.
Life is shit. Use it for fertilizer.
