Measurements = 33.5B - 26 - 36
Body mass index = 18.6
Weight = 105 lbs

Translation: If I lose one more pound, I will be underweight by NIH standards,  Needless to say, my eating habits are optimal and my caloric intake might need to be upped.  I need to be more diligent with my sit-ups, core and weight training to get my abs back to 25-year old tightness.  Only two inches without any additional weight loss to go.  My breast size seems to remain stable thanks to daily message. My butt is becoming more bulbous and tight, yet it is refusing to shrink.  I have no complaints about that at all because as far as I am concerned, it is my biggest asset.  :-D

Going in to get my scalp checked today and hopefully ending this dandruff stuff once an for all.   Took a head shot of myself so I can have something to send potential clients.  I decided to do something risky and did it fresh face  Lucinda's skin care regimen paid off and I am absolutely delighted by the results, so there was no way in hell I was going to cover it up in make up! (I don't know if you can put the results of a skin regimen in your book Lucinda, but you should!) I did wear a wig because my real hair will remain gray until Loki comes home for lunch.  Change is a coming.  Meeting with the dentist for my toothy clean-up on April 6.  Had to reschedule a developmental photo shoot because a paid gig decided to cut in.  I am so starting to feel like the artsy model again.

All this and still on time for rare work-safe episode Rasputin Catamite too!

Vas is SOOO back!

"even as we speak" ... I'm workin on getting down to what I refer to as my "fighting weight" .... the weight I was discharged from the military at.

I've been told I have a nice butt too. ;P

... but I need to lose the gut I put on over the sad, S.A.D., winter.

I'm really glad that's going well for you ... you great in the pic :-)
24th-Mar-2008 09:19 pm (UTC) - Helsyeh, Darlin'!
Saw on the phone that you called, but it's been too loud and busy at home to check the actual message (yet)... forgives!
And, yeh, I'm at work, since it's been so quiet today I'm "taking a moment" (and hoping it doesn't get me in trouble!), and since Elle's comp'screen is kaputz and my POS doesn't hook up to the 'net, this is the only place I can (currently) check my e'mail or look at anything online (oi!). I may have to become 'social' again!
ANYways... where was I. Oh, yeh, Helsyeh! Of course, I haven't seen you not lookin' good yet, but that's just my personal opinion. I know about the 'ruf problem, I began my "spring shedding" again (scalp, eyebrows, nose, and so on, though mostly facial/head)... *sigh*. And, to be honest, most women look damn good without make-up normally... then again, stress and other etc.'s can make one look worn. Uhm, anyways again! Can't comment on breast/butt size (though I was twice told I have a good butt, though I don't believe it, it's literally a fuzzball!). I don't mind grey (I've got it here and there), but I may go blonde again (when I saw "J-dog" a week/two ago she asked when I'd like to do it again, but I haven't gotten back to her yet). I liked me as blonde, scary enough! I looked good! Eh, gods, I keep talkin' about me!
Forgives, I'm losin' my mind, too damn quiet today!!!!!!!!

And, again, Helsyeh!

You are so gorgeous! Can you share Lucinda's skin care regime for the rest of the class?

25th-Mar-2008 03:06 pm (UTC) - Lucinda's Recommendations
Her recommendations were very specific to my skin, but I will share. If you want to do a consultation with her to see what's right for your skin, I highly recommend the drive to Minneapolis. Her services aren't cheap, but considering that out of all the products she suggested for me, I only hated one (and even she was on the fence on it.) The savings on bad or overpriced cosmetics alone has been worth it. And she does kickass makeup artistry!

*Goobye Olay. Hello Aveda all sensitive (facial) moisturizer. Daily.
*Burt's Bees Naturally Nourishing Milk & Honey Lotion (first light lotion that my body skin loves.)
*Doctor Burt's Herbal Blemish Stick
*Her very own custom-made concoction for wind-burned skin when necessary - worth the visit.
*No touching of my face with my grubby hands
*Drink copious amounts of water and tea
*Avoid products with talk and mineral oil like the plague
*Out with Noxema and in with gentle naturally-derived facial cleansers.
*alba moisturizing cream SHAVE
*Vitamins
*L-Lysine supplements for cold-sore reduction
*Lightly oily skin is better than dry skin when it comes to wrinkles.

We're not even to the makeup yet. I could tell you more, but she's an experience. :)

Thanks! I will be in Minneapolis several times this summer...I will have to email her and see if she can fit me in for a consultation and facial. :)

Thanks! I actually know Lucinda from my time at MSU, although she may not remember me...it seems like a lifetime ago.
