What is your idea of a perfect world? Why do you feel this way?

Perfection is a very disturbing concept to me.  Perfection is the most extreme manifestation of order.  The only way such extreme order can be achieved is by squashing chaotic influences like evolution, accidental discoveries, or opposing ideas.  Perfection suggests that nothing more can be learned, improved or created.  That kind of fate reminds me too much of death or oblivion.  I prefer to live my life to the fullest in a dynamic and imperfect world, thank you very much.

Heh!  This is a perfect illustration of why I could no longer be a Mormon or Buddhist at this point in my life.

A charmed life is a mental construct that people perceive when they look at the lives of other individuals who appear to be more talented/exciting/affluent/lovable/lucky/et cetera.  A charmed life is nothing more than an illusion for those who are unsatisfied with their own lives.

The Fargo mental health system "grounded" me for untreated mental health issues at a hospital.  My parents never grounded me.  Grounding an autistic child can be construed as an exercise in futility.

Celebrity worship really bothers me, but if I did meet my " favorite super star" I'd leave him/her alone.  What most celebrities need is privacy. Unless I am explicitly invited to mingle/network with a "super star", I would let that individual enjoy a few precious private moments.
